Fernie Alpine Resort to Host Breast Buddy Ski/Board-A-Thon Fundraiser

Fernie Alpine Resort has been chosen as the host site for the two-day ski/board-a-thon fundraiser on February 4 & 5.

All money raised will be donated to the East Kootenay Foundation for Health to help purchase a Digital Stereotactic Mammography Machine for the East Kootenay Regional Hospital.  “We are proud to support the “breast buddies” and salute all the community volunteers involved!  Special thanks should go out to everyone who contributed to this very worthy cause!” Said Matt Mosteller of Fernie Alpine Resort.

How to Register;

To become a Breast Buddy you must register at one of the supporting ski/board shops in downtown Fernie, you can register at any one of the following: Board Stiff, Commit, Straight Line, Edge of the World, Giv’Er Shirtworks, The Guide’s Hut, The Ski Base or Stephanie’s Glass & Art.
