Stephanie Rogers of Stephanie's Glass & Art Studio wins Citizen of the Year at the 2012 Community and Business Excellence Awards presented by the Fernie Chamber of Commerce. The Fernie Citizen of the Year is sponsored by The City of Fernie and was presented by Mayor Mary Giuliano.
