Learn how to attract tourists in Fernie

Businesses in Fernie can learn how to attract tourists in an event next week.

Tourism Fernie and the Chamber of Commerce are putting on a trade show-style event to benefit both local businesses and Fernie’s front line staff on December 7.   The event will allow local businesses to promote their tourist-related product or service to front line staff to ensure those staff can confidently communicate those products and services to tourists and guests. The event is at the Park Place Lodge on Wednesday from 5 to 7 pm.
