Volunteers needed
The Canadian Cancer Society is actively recruiting Leadership Volunteers for the 2013 Daffodil Campaign in Fernie and the Elk Valley.
April is Daffodil Month and the society needs community leaders to provide support organizing and executing Daffodil Campaign events.
Approximately one in four people will be diagnosed with cancer, which translates to approximately 23,300 British Columbians.
The Canadian Cancer Society is a volunteer driven organization with more than 15,000 volunteers located throughout the province. Without volunteer support, they wouldn’t be able to provide the support services and programs that they do.
