Charles Stephen Gravelle passed away on June 2, 2016 at Rocky Mountain Village in Fernie, BC. He was born in Flagstone, BC on June 11, 1951 to parents Nicholas and Elizabeth Gravelle.

Charles lived life proudly in the light of God. He attended Bible College in the States, and worked as a Native Court Worker, Band Manager and Band Council in the Ktunaxa Territories. He also taught English (as a second language) in Korea, and worked at the Elko Mill.

Charles lived on the Tobacco Plains Reserve and had numerous hobbies; he loved to garden and received a degree in Horticulture and Golf Course Maintenance. He loved all crafts; painting, drawing, building, and all around tinkering.

Charles is survived by his mother Elizabeth, his siblings: Grace (Bernie), Donna, George, Karen, Sharon (Leon), Rick (Lorna), and Wallace as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father Nicholas, an older brother, Nicholas Jr. and his younger brother Michael.

Charles loved animals; he sadly leaves behind T.L., Scrapper and Bubbles.
