Dorothy Jean Phillips
63 , a former resident of Sparwood, B.C. passed away on Friday, July 22, 2016 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow, Nova Scotia with her family at her side.
Born in Moose Jaw, she was a daughter of Louise (Paysen) McKibben, Maple Ridge, B.C. and the late Harold Beebe.
Dorothy had recently move to Westville from B.C. to reside with her daughter.
She will be dearly missed by her daughters, Jackie Meadows (Marty), Duchess, B.C.; Crystal Phillips (Doug Patterson), Westville; son Greg (Lyleen), Fort McMurray; grand children, Shane, Jessica, Kelsey and Dailynn; Breyan, Brendan and Amber; Ashley, MacKenzie and Aiden as well as several sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews.
Dorothy was predeceased by her husband, Larry Phillips.
A memorial service was held Monday, July 25 from Eagles Funeral Chapel, Westville, N.S. with the Rev. Aidan Kingsbury officiating. Donations in her memory may be made to the Palliative Care Society. On line condolence may be made by visiting www.eaglesfuneralhome.ca
