Fernie hosts cross country

Schools from the East and West Kootenays including Fernie Secondary, Sparwood, invermere, Creston, Nelson, Salmo, Kaslo and Trail attended the East/West Kootenay Cross country race sponsored by Fernie Secondary in Fernie on Wednesday, October 26.

 

 

The top three finishing teams were:

 

 

Girls:

 

 

1) Prince Charles Secondary, Creston

2) LV Rogers School, Nelson

3) J.V. Humphries School, Kaslo

 

 

 

 

 

 

Boys:

1) LV Rogers, Nelson

2) Prince Charles, Creston

3) JV Humphries, Kaslo

 

 

The top 25 individual finishers and top three teams will attend provincials in Kelowna on November 5.
