Snow Records Continue to Fall at Fernie Alpine Resort

“A key ingredient for a great ski vacation, snow, is over the top at Fernie Alpine Resort and Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. As we move into Spring Ski season we have had snow of Epic Proportions at both resorts,” says, Matt Mosteller. “Not only have we broken the single storm record at Fernie Alpine Resort with a huge snowfall of 5 feet in less than 40 hours but we are nearing the record for total snowfall as we are now at 34 feet! Kicking Horse Mountain Resort has set a record for snowpack with close to 8 feet. I skied with media from around the world over the weekend and they had skied at many resorts in Canada and the US recently and they all said that the best Ski Conditions in North America are right here at Fernie Alpine Resort and Kicking Horse Mountain Resort,” added Mosteller.
