The Fernie Oldtimers gave it their all at an international hockey tournament in Whitefish, Montana last weekend.

A strong opening game Friday night gave them a 5-1 win. On Saturday, the team played two games. The first was a close loss at 4-2, but they pulled off another win with the second, 3-0, with goalie Darren Wright earning a shutout. The Oldtimers finished third overall in the tournament.
