The Mens Masters East-West playdown took place in Sparwood from February 2-4.

Teams from around the Kootenay region competed against each other for a shot at provincials.

Three spots were up for grabs with six teams competing. In the end, Beaudry, King and Kent rinks took the top three spots and will be heading to Creston in March for the Masters Provincials.

The Kent rink, pictured above, is compiled of players from around East Kootenay. Elkford’s own Ken McHargue is among them.
