Fernie’s BibBity BobBity Boo Children's Festival is full of family fun a Rotary Park today. Alley, Oop is on the main stage at 1 pm with the Samba Band following at 1:30 pm. Children can join in a musical parade using their newly crafted musical instruments with the circus performers and Samba Band at 2 pm.
