September 24th and 25th as part of the Swim, Drink, Fish Festival on, the Elk River Alliance is organizing a For the Love of the Elk photo contest. Categories are: wildlife, scenery, people and sports. Each contestant may enter up to two photos for each category. Digital photos should be submitted to Ayla at ayla@elkriveralliance.ca by September 22. In your submission, please include: title, photographer, location and an optional description. Winners in each category will be awarded prizes at the Our River Rocks Social at Rip n Richards on the evening of September 24, 2011.
