Bruce Milton sent in this photo of his wife, Jane, getting a surprise visitor while she was doing some gardening at home in Alpine Trails, Fernie on Sunday afternoon.
“Jane was digging out some weeds behind our condo,” said Bruce. “Not hearing any noise, she casually looked up and then suddenly shouted to me, ‘Help, a Moose!’ It was just out for a stroll behind our complex. My wife froze, we stayed still, quiet and watched.”
