Guided Music Workshop with Lorraine Kneier

Fernie Heritage Library events: Music Workshop with Lorraine Kneier. Oct. 1 from 7-8:30 p.m.

The Fernie Heritage Library will host a guided music workshop on Oct. 1.

Join Lorraine Kneier as she guides you through several movements from classical music, including the first and second movements of the Concerto For Violin and Orchestra by Brahms, and the second movement of Mozart’s Symphony No. 41.

Larger works to be performed by Symphony Of The Kootenays on Oct. 18, 3:00, Key City Theatre, Cranbrook.

The workshop is free. Register by calling 250-423-3435

Also for the school-aged kids: a reminder that our after school library clubs are back in session.

Clubs start at 3:30pm-4:45pm and include a simple snack.

Tuesdays- Rainbow Loom Club (ages 8+) DROP-IN, all materials provided.

Wednesdays-Charadians Drama Club (Ages 9+) DROP-IN, Theatre Sports, charades and more
