The Sand Creek Recreation Club held a month of basketball skills and drills, for grades 1 to 4 kids to learn the basics of basketball and for fun.
The aim of the program was to encourage children to be active as well as promoting fun and fitness through sports.
The Sand Creek Recreation Club hosts a variety of activities throughout the year for various age levels. The next event will be their walk-a-thon on June 1 at the Jaffray Hall.
