Chances are the goings on at this weekend’s Griz Kidz Winter Carnival at Fernie Alpine Resort will be a tamer environment than the adult version. This Saturday from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m., the plaza will be a buzz with activities including face painting, balloon animals, crafts, bouncy tent, games, popcorn and more! All activities will be free of charge.
The fun carries on into the evening with the Griz Kids activity centre. Each week,a different theme will be chosen; you might even take part in some Weird Science. This weekly event is open to kids ages ages 6 to 12 from 6:30-8 p.m. Please register in advance at Guest Services.
