Elk Valley and Area Hospice recently held a fundraising barbecue, which was a great success, raising $1100 for end-of-life and bereavement services.
The event was sponsored by Eldho Independent, who made a generous donation. Also support the event was Coun. Ted Shoesmith. The barbecue was organized by volunteer Sharon Quail.
