Michelle Nelson is the first winner of The Free Press's Great Holiday Shopping Gift Card Giveaway.
The newspaper is randomly drawing one name each week over the span of a month from a pool of entries, with lucky individuals collecting a $25 gift card from 11 participating businesses, valued at $275.
Businesses taking part are Home Hardware, Fernie Mountain Spirits, Fernie Brewing Co., Big Bang Bagels, Bayleaf Indian Fusion, Polar Peek Books, Sushi Wood, Spa 901, The Loaf Italian Restaurant, Save-On-Foods and Odyssey.
