A Fernie man accused of possessing child pornography will stand trial in November.
Colin Derek Hickling has been charged with one count of possessing child pornography and two counts of importing or distributing child pornography.
The offences allegedly took place on February 22, 2016.
The case against Hickling went before the Cranbrook Supreme Court on Monday, April 16, with a trial set for November 27.
