Sparwood Search and Rescue Deputy Manager, Ed Ehrler continues to align searchers for an exhaustive search of the areas surrounding Whiskey Jack, in the ongoing hunt for missing 3-year-old Kienan Hebert.

“At the moment we are covering the most likely areas, the places the child could have traveled on his own,” Ehrier said Thuirsday.

“We are covering the areas thoroughly so we can say with certainty that if there was some clue, we would find it.”

Expert Search and rescue trackers were flown in Thursday morning and searches continued throughout the day.

“At this point we have found a few random things that are currently being checked out, but nothing has jumped out at us. As with any search, we look for everything, footprints, clues, anything out of the ordinary,” Ehrler said.

“We commend the community and all the search and rescue teams involved. The support has been amazing.”

Last night over 500 volunteers were registered.

“If there is anything to find, we will find it”
