Santa Claus will be coming to Elkford on Dec. 19, giving local families the opportunity to take photos with Santa and snag tasty treats from the comfort of their vehicle.
“We wanted to ensure that the children and families in Elkford were able to see Santa this year as it means so much to keep the magic of the holidays going for our youth, especially in these trying times where our youth are struggling with the changes and feeling the stress of the pandemic,” said organizer, Shawna Bryant.
“Having our hero Santa be able to come and spread cheer and keep the magic of the holidays going is truly meaningful to our community.”
Hosted by Elkford Early Years, the socially distant drive-through event will take place in the Rocky Mountain Elementary School parking lot from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.
