The Fernie Chamber of Commerce is asking its members to spread the word about the employee survey which is part of the community engagement process of the Workforce Rental Housing Business Plan. The survey will help the Chamber understand the housing needs of people working in Fernie’s tourism, hospitality and service sector.

The survey can be found at https://www.surveymonkey.ca/r/ferniehousing

Project consultant Urban Matters will review all the confidential survey responses. The survey only takes about ten minutes to complete and will be one until June 10, 2024.

The ultimate goal of the Fernie Workforce Rental Housing Business Plan is to deliver an investment-ready business plant construct and operate rental housing for the above-mentioned workers.
