Many in Fernie got an early start to vote for their new Mayor and Council

Many in Fernie got an early start to vote for their new Mayor and Council at the Commmunity Centre in Fernie. Almost 400 voted at the advanced polls. even Early in the Day the 6 registration tables saw steady traffic and many local voters feeling this might be one of the highest voting turnouts in recent history with the high profile Mayoral Candidates and a clear division between some councillor candidates.
