Friends for Friends were fundraising at the grand opening of the Fernie Home Hardware Building Centre this weekend serving barbecued hotdogs, popcorn and beverages.  Volunteers served warm smiles on a cool autumn day outside the new business. Friends for friends are a local charity that assists families financially when coping with cancer.
