Fun and celebration at Hebert’s block party in Sparwood

The bouncy obstacle course was the most popular afternoon item at the Hebert’s community block party.

Together the Hebert family, Lions Club, Sparwood Overwaitea and several other sponsors and volunteers held a “block party” over the weekend to draw the community together for fun, food and good company. An inflated obstacle course spanned the length of two lawns and the smell of burgers on the grill filled the air. Many residents of Sparwood and some from out of town attended and enjoyed a great fall day.
