With flood waters crossing Highway 3 near Hosmer, the Highway has been reduced to single lane alternating traffic. The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure is continuing to work on the dyke through the night. Although there is water on the road, it is passable but travellers should leave extra time as there will be delays.
