Highway 93 at Grasmere was closed down for a brief period of time yesterday after a single vehicle incident on the Elk River Bridge at 4:30 p.m. yesterday.
A trailer flipped on it's side after jackknifing on the Elk River Bridge, R.C.M.P officer Will Thien said.
"Both the driver and passenger were out of the vehicle. They were shaken but not hurt," he added.
Witnessed in the area said the trailed jackknifed and propelled the truck in the air.
Both lanes were closed down while basic fire and rescue attended to the situation, Thien said.
The incident is still under investigation.
