RCMP Stopping Vehicles on HWY 3

The RCMP are stopping Vehiclles on Hwy 3 just before the Tunnel. They are asking local patrons to be on the lookout for Randall Peter Hopley, age 46 from Sparwood. His hair is brown, eyes hazel, he is Caucasian and has a birthmark along his hairline. Police are also searching for Hopley's vehicle a 1987 Toyota Camry, B.C. License plate 098 RAL.
