Sparwood and Elkford students took part in the annual Terry Fox run. Students at Sparwood Secondary School watched a video commemorating Terry Fox and his journey, learning of the strength, and passion Terry Fox was filled with on during his run. They learned of his past and the reasons he was running for and they left inspired knowing that one person can truly make a difference.
Students are collecting money and making donations to the Terry Fox Foundation, and special incentives in the way of prizes have been offered to Sparwood Secondary Students top fundraisers.
