Created and run by local musician, Anie Hepher, the Fernie Ukulele Orchestra gives kids a chance to learn basic music skills and have fun at the same time.
The program began this September and offers weekly group lessons for children of all ages. Meeting at The Arts Station to practice, each lesson includes music fundamentals, strumming and chord techniques, and of course, singing as a group in a song circle.
