Q: How do you plan to balance economic growth and development while remaining environmentally conscious?
A: I intend to keep the balance with the application of common sense and forward thinking. I am very committed to protecting the environment and preventing wasteful or destructive activities that impact any natural resources and therefore our quality of life. Good development takes these things into consideration, and a balance must always be struck between doing nothing and doing too much. There is never a simple answer and it is impossible to address this in any meaningful way in the allotted 90 words.
