The Ministry of Environment and Parks, Recreation Sites and Trails BC, invites interested contractors to submit quotes for the maintenance of recreation sites within the Rocky Mountain District South. Four contracts will be individually awarded. These contracts contain an “Option to Renew” clause for a period of up to 3 years, subject to funding and satisfactory performance of the contractor. Contractors will be required to provide their own transportation and tools. Some supplies and materials will be provided by the Ministry.
A mandatory office information meeting will be held on April 2, 2025 at 10am (MST). It is recommended that the bidder either be familiar with or view the recreation sites prior to submitting a tender.
Quote packages can be obtained from contact representatives or Front Counter BC (1902 Theatre Road) in Cranbrook on or after March 12, 2025. Tenders must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the package. Quotes will be received until April 16, 2025 at 4pm (MST) at the address specified in the package.
