It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Alexander (Alex) Charles Lidster, 70, of Fernie, British Columbia, who passed away peacefully on December 1st, 2020 surrounded by his children.
He is survived by his daughter Tracy Lidster (Ralph, grandchildren Mckenzie and Curtis), and his sons Chris Lidster (wife Anju, grandchildren Jaya and Maya) and Patrick Lidster (wife Dayna, grandchildren Charlee and Nathan).
Alex was born to parents Marguerite Shirley Lidster and Samuel (Mickey) Manus Roy Lidster, on January 22nd, 1950 in Vancouver, British Columbia. Pictured (left to right) sister Gayle, father 'Mickey', mother Shirley, and Alex.
Alex was an outdoorsman at heart. He loved being outside fishing, hunting, and camping.
