Austin Urbash, a 55 year resident of Sparwood, passed away quietly on August 15, 2011 at the Rocky Mountain Village.
He was 86 years of age and recently celebrated 61 years of marriage to his wife, Mary.
Austin was a sportsman who enjoyed playing baseball, hunting, and fishing. He and Mary spent many enjoyable times travelling the world.
Austin was predeceased by his son Kenneth, six sisters and a brother. He will be missed and remembered by all who knew him, especially his brother in law Gordon Whittaker,[Peggy] and sister in law Sharon Kubin, [Laurie]. It was his wish that there be no funeral or memorial gathering.
