Eileen Osborne
Audrey Eileen Osborne passed away peacefully on Monday afternoon, March 15, 2010 in Rocky Mountain Village, Fernie, B.C. at the age of 78 years.
The funeral service will be held from the Sparwood Christian Centre (Pentecostal Church) in Sparwood on Saturday, April 10th at 1 p.m. with Pastor Ross Powell officiating. A reception will follow in the church allowing an opportunity for the family and friends to continue sharing memories of Eileen.
Born in Toronto, Ontario on April 26, 1931, Eileen has been a resident of the Kootenay area since September 1986. She was in management of the Dry Cleaning business prior to her arrival in the valley.
She was predeceased by her husband, Harris Osborne on August 15, 1998, her parents, a sister and a brother.
Eileen leaves her loving family; daughter, Kathy (Scott) Potter of Sparwood;
Sons, Joe MacLachlan of Almonte, Ontario, Brian MacLachlan of Smith Falls, Ontario, Wil Strohl, Toronto; 5 grandchildren, Colleen, Leanna, Joey, Mat and Jason; 7 great grandchildren, Cassidy-Ann, Alycia, Alex, Samuel, Odin, Nicky and Autume; daughter in law, Karen MacLachlan of Arnprior, Ontario.
Cremation and funeral arrangements are in the care of Cherished Memories Funeral Service Ltd., Fernie.
