CARAVETTA:
Elsa passed away at the Foothills Hospital in Calgary on Friday, August 5, 2011 with her loving family by her side. She was born in Stavanger, Norway on February 26, 1945. Elsa was our Weibi and she was the best. She will be dearly missed. Mom, give yourself a few big hugs for us.
Elsa is survived by her mother Else Moosmann, her husband Salvatore “Sam” Caravetta, her sons Mark, Gerard (Jen) and Paul (Jen) and grandchildren Payton, Jordyn and Dreyana. She was predeceased by her father Anton Moosmann.
Prayers were held at the Holy Family Catholic Church on Wednesday, August 10th. Funeral Mass was celebrated on Thursday, August 11th with Father Bart van Roijen, Celebrant. Interment followed at St. Margaret’s Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Arrangements entrusted to Cherished Memories Funeral Services Ltd.
