GLENN LEO ROLFES
July 25, 1965- August 21 2017
It is with deep sadness the family of Glenn Rolfes announce his passing on August 21, 2017. He is survived by his mother Rayma Rolfes, sister Anita Fehr (Jim), three brothers, Warren Rolfes, Murray Rolfes (Barb), Scott Rolfes and two nephews Justin Fehr and Dylan Fehr. He was predeceased by his father Vince Rolfes and nephew Kyle Rolfes.
Glenn was born in Lethbridge AB and the family settled in Sparwood BC in the early 1970’s. The friendships he made during those early years still stand strong today, and he spent many hours enjoying the wilderness of the Elk Valley with his family and friends. Glenn especially enjoyed taking his beloved dog Jellybean for walks through the bush. Glenn had enjoyed his job with AKS Geoscience Inc. as a technician, but due to health reasons, he had not been able to work for the last few years. Glenn will be forever missed and never forgotten by his family and his many friends.
