WILKS James (Jim) Harold:

Jim Wilks of Calgary passed away peacefully on January 25, 2010 at the age of 57 years.
Jim is survived by his common-law wife Barb Bryant and sisters Norma Warda and Jan Grant both of Victoria, BC and Laurie Collicott of Port McNeil, BC. Jim’s sisters and their families were an important part of his life, along with 18-wheelers, Harley Davidsons and his beloved dog Brandi. “Big Jim” (aka “Santa Jim”) had a good life, filled with a lot of great friends and fun times. His favourite places were liquidation stores, his shop, the ranch and Cabo San Lucas.
Thank you to the Home Care nurses, Homemaker Bev, and all the staff at Carewest Sarcee. A special thank you to all the friends that visited and supported Jim over the last four months – He will miss you as much as you miss him.
Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W., Calgary) on Monday, February 1, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
