MEADOWS:
Judith Marlane Meadows, beloved wife of William, passed away at the Foothills Hospital in Calgary, Alberta on July 2, 2010 at the age of 59 years. Judy was born in Swan River, Manitoba on May 4, 1951.
Judy enjoyed reading, the internet and listening to music, but her greatest passion was being with her grandchildren who brought such joy into her life. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Judy will be forever remembered and forever loved.
Besides her husband, Judy is also survived by her children: Beverly (Trevor) Fischer of Chase, BC and Dennis (Jackie) and Douglas Meadows of Sparwood, 7 grandchildren: Katlynn, Cheyanne, Jessica, Kelsey, Dailynn, Shane, and Kaylee, her mother Una of Swan River, Manitoba, and brothers Jim (Carol), Ralph and Rick (Debbie) Reich all of Swan River, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members. She was predeceased by her father William Reich and daughter Linda Meadows.
Visitation was held at Cherished Memories “Serenity Chapel” on Thursday, July 8th. The Funeral Services took place at the Sparwood Fellowship Baptist Church on Friday, July 9th with Pastor Ron Rutley officiating. Interment followed at the Rivercrest Cemetery.
