This Saturday, the Grasmere Community Society will be hosting a bbq lunch and dinner to celebrate the launch of their new Social Connection Project.
In addition to a social lunch, the event will Rick Miller and The Marauders for a live music and jam session. There will also be horseshoe and bocce ball tournaments, a bouncy castle, face painting and much more.
The event starts on Saturday June 22 at 1 p.m., and lunch will run until 3:30. There will be a break before dinner which starts at 5:30 and runs for an hour.
The event is free and everyone is welcome.
