Adventurer Jon Turk will be sharing stories from his remarkable expedition circumnavigating Ellesmere Island at The Arts Station this Sunday.
The Elk River Alliance (ERA) is thrilled that adventurer, author and speaker, Turk, who spends every winter in Fernie, will be captivating Fernie with insight into his expedition into the Polar ice by ski and kayak to circumnavigate Canada’s Ellesmere Island and experience.
Join him at 7 pm at the Arts Station. Admission by donation (suggested amount $10 per person). Proceeds will go towards Elk River Alliance 2012 program and activities.
