Diverse musician Mat Duffus will be making an appearance in the Elk Valley this week.

A travelling musician for the last two decades, Duffus prides himself on being a “family entertainer” who employs audience participation into his eclectic shows.

“I like bringing props on stage to get people to play with or have them sing back to me during my shows. It’s a lot of fun,” said Duffus.

Duffus said that though he plays a few original tracks, most of his setlist is comprised of well-known covers for people to sing along to.

Duffus will play at the Lamplighter in Elkford on Wednesday, May 13.
