Longtime friends, Alex Murray (left) and Vern Penner (right) made a road trip from their homes on the Lower Mainland to attend the Hebert’s Block Party on Saturday and show their support. “This has been our crusade for over two years, this is a cause we really believe in,” said Murray. “We wanted the Hebert family to know their story has affected so many people, not only in your community, but across Canada and the world.”
