Notice of Permissive Tax Exemption Bylaw

The Council of the District of Sparwood will be considering Permissive Tax Exemption Amendment Bylaw 1316, 2023 to exempt an additional property from taxation in accordance with section 224(2)(a) of the Community Charter. This Bylaw received first three readings at the Regular Council Meeting of October 3, 2023 and Council will consider adoption at the Regular Council Meeting of October 17, 2023, at 6:00 pm in Council Chambers.

The Council of the District of Sparwood will be considering Permissive Tax Exemption Amendment Bylaw 1316, 2023 to exempt an additional property from taxation in accordance with section 224(2)(a) of the Community Charter. A copy of the proposed Bylaw and related documentation may be inspected at the District of Sparwood Municipal Office, 136 Spruce Avenue, Sparwood, BC during regular business hours of Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, excluding statutory holidays.
