TAKE NOTICE THAT on August 21, 2023 an order was made for service on you of a Notice of Civil Claim issued from the Cranbrook Registry of the Supreme Court of British Columbia in proceeding number CLB- S-M-31501 by way of advertisement.

In the proceeding, the Plaintiff claims the following relief against you:

1. General damages for pain and suffering;
2. Special damages;
3. Damages for future care costs;
4. Damages for loss of housekeeping capacity, past and future;
5. Damaged for loss of income earning capacity, past and future;
6. In-trust claim;
7. Costs;
8. Interest pursuant to the Court Order Interest Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 79, as amended;
9. Health care services claim pursuant to Health Care Costs Recovery Act, S.B.C. 2008, c. 27, as amended; and
10. Such further and other relief as this Honourable Court may deem just.

You must file a responding pleading / response to the petition within the period required under the Supreme Court Civil Rules, failing which further proceedings, including judgement, may be taken against you without notice to you.
