Official Community Plan Bylaw 1165, 2015, Amendment Bylaw 1305, 2023

Subject Property: 1500 Sparwood Heights Drive

The amendment to the Official Community Plan would update Schedule B: Future Land Use map to allow for multi-family residential zoning, Schedule M: Form and Character Development Permit Area map to include multi-family areas on the subject property, and Schedule H to alter the location of a proposed park on the subject property. The amendment to the Zoning Bylaw would allow for sections of 1500 Sparwood Heights Drive to be rezoned from A-1 Agricultural Land to a mix of R3-High Density Residential and a newly proposed R1S- Single-Family Residential Zone to develop additional single and multi-family housing.
