It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Brenda Joy Osborne DiGeorgio. Brenda passed away quietly in the Kelowna General Hospital on October 5, 2011 at the age of 60 years. Left to mourn “Toots” passing are life partner Albert DiGeorgio, sons Bobby (Teresa), Tim (Jody) and Dan, all residents of Abbotsford, brothers Wayne, Grant, Brian and Richard and families, and sisters Robbin and Diana and their families from Ontario, as well as four grandchildren. Brenda was predeceased by her parents Charlie and Lois Rumble.

Brenda was an avid hunter, fisherwoman and camper. Her best time of the year that she enjoyed was fall, where she could go spotting and hunting with her partner Albert. She was always willing to lend a helping hand to others and was a true confidant. She could be seen with one of her “pals”, her puppies, Buddy and Digger. Brenda loved to explore new places and wanted to travel. She lived her life to the fullest every day, and treated every day as a new adventure. Brenda was a proud Mom and cherished her sons. Albert loved her dearly and even though she wore the pants and was the boss, she was a true soul mate.

A graveside service was held at St. Margaret’s Cemetery on Friday, October 14th. Memorial donations may be made in Brenda’s name to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Arrangements entrusted to Cherished Memories Funeral Services Ltd.
