Charlie Vincent Podrasky (Tipple Charlie) died December 19, 2010 born August 7, 1927 at Natal BC.
Charlie was predeceased by father Anthony Podrasky, mother Nettie Podrasky (Kozler), sister Vilma Podrasky, brother-in-law Charlie Podrasky (Sawmill Charlie), and wife Alice Podrasky (Cividin).
Survived by brother Henry (Val) Podrasky of Sparwood BC and sister-in-law Delma Allardice Sparwood BC. Children - Mark (Gail)Podrasky Sparwood BC; Richard (Glenda) Podrasky Sparwood BC; (niece) Marla Cividin Taylor Sparwood BC; grandchildren Ryan, Micheal (Sheila), Andrea, Stephanie, Anthony Podrasky; great grandchildren Hailey and Josie Podrasky and many nieces and nephews.
Charlie worked at the coal mine in Sparwood for many years till his retirement, where he then worked as a guard at the Sparwood RCMP. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, snowmobiling and was a charter member of the Elk Valley snowmobile club. He enjoyed playing billiards and spending time at his cabin with family and friends.
