Troutman, Vera (McGovern) died on September 11, 2011. Born of Aleksandra Halstein and Thomas McGovern in Michele, BC. Predeceased by her brother, Herbert; sisters, Lillian (Forsythe) and Janet (Matt). She leaves behind daughters, Wendy Lynn (Hall) and Kristine Mary (Bolton); granddaughter, Sarah Danielle Aleksandra; nephews, Joseph (Sherry) and Bert (Elfie) and beloved niece, Sandra plus grandnieces and grandnephews. Vera was a St. Eugene graduate, and worked as a Registered Nurse in Creston, Toronto, Port Alberni and Victoria. Vera loved summers in Sylvan Lake on the Halstein farm. She will join her parents and sisters in the Michele Creek Cemetery.
