Wildlife rescue volunteer Colleen Bailey is seeking the public’s assistance. A cow moose that had two calves was killed on the highway just west of Fernie in between the Lizard Creek Bridge and the Ski Hill Road within the last couple of days. The last reported sighting of one of the moose calves was around 10:30 this morning (Thursday, June 22) approximately 1 km east of the Ski Hill Road.
